Although originally established in 1947 to provide sheet metal services to the HVAC industry, Service Metal Works, Inc., a privately owned company, came under new ownership in 1991 where the focus shifted to provide OEMs and businesses in a wide variety of industries welded assemblies , tubing fabrication, wire fabrication and greatly expanded sheet metal fabrication services.
